Board of Directors

BRADAAG is currently under Special Administration.

Special administration is a special measure under the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (CATSI Act) to help corporations fix any internal problems. A special administrator works with the corporation to restore it to good health and, once this is achieved, control is returned to the members.

A Special Administrator is an independent, suitably qualified person who:

  • Works in the best interests of the Corporation and its Members;
  • Addresses the Corporation’s issues, such as financial difficulties or poor governance.
